The Three Lions Recall Bukayo Saka But Jude Bellingham, Foden & Grealish Are Left Out
The Arsenal forward has netted 12 goals in 44 caps for England.
England have recalled the Arsenal winger for upcoming games versus Latvia and Wales, but there is no place for Bellingham, Phil Foden or Jack Grealish.
Arsenal forward Saka was absent from the previous qualifier wins against Serbia and Andorra with a hamstring injury.
Saka recently returned for Arsenal and scored in their victory over Olympiacos midweek.
Saka replaces club colleague Madueke, who is sidelined till next month because of a knee problem.
England face the Welsh in a warm-up match at the national stadium this week prior to a qualifying match in Latvia on October 14.
If England win in Latvia, they will require a maximum of two more points from their final two matches against Albania and Serbia in November to qualify for the World Cup in Canada, Mexico and the United States.
Bayer Leverkusen defender Jarell Quansah replaces Newcastle's Livramento, who is out for up to eight weeks following sustaining a knee injury versus the Gunners recently.

The midfielder was absent from the previous squad as he recovered from shoulder surgery and has only made a single start for Real Madrid after coming back from injury.
The Manchester City player was left out from the coach’s previous selection after a loss of form and has been unable to force his way back, even with a strong start to the campaign with City.
The forward also misses out in spite of a revival in form on loan at Everton. The 30-year-old has not featured for England since last year.
